Industrial ocean fish farms pose risks to our health and environment.

These facilities cram thousands of fish into massive floating net pens and cages – all eating, excreting and growing in one spot. And every year, these operations kill wild dolphins, seals, and other marine life that get caught in their nets.

Industrial fish farming is damaging to our oceans, and it also threatens our health. Chemicals used in the farms can end up in our waters and food - causing a wide range of problems. 

Despite these environmental and public health concerns, there are efforts to fast forward development of these industrial fish farming facilities all around the U.S. We can’t allow that to happen.
